And they have nerve to say I´m mentally ill and imaging things.
1. Forged as mentally ill
Result: Massive web campaing to spoil the reputation of attackers
2. Food "removed"
Result: Eating anyway but more careful with attitude "not my problem".
3. Sleep removed
Result: Stressed but in the end sleep wasn´t that important anymore and leaving sometimes whole night sleeping for later times because "I have rest of my life for sleeping".
4. Bathroom removed
Result: Tool removing bathroom transferred to "where it came from".
5. Violent attacks
Result: Avoiding people who act violently
6. Attemps trying to decide when I use my apartment
Result: Using technics to make impossible to complain about my living.
I had no idea it was brainwashing what was happening to me. Obvisiously I´m most hard victim for brainwashing + my secret weapons. Being alone is not the same than being "alone".
Soon after starting writing about brainwashing my computer was attacked, even antivirus program got problems and in the end update turned my computer off without warning but luckily I was able to write vanished text back from my mind. These problems delayed publishing this text 2-3 hours. It´s easy to see why my computer was attacked, connecting my experiences to the text about brainwashing isn´t something what my enemies would want me to publish but it must have been AI making a decision about attacking because attack itself is just one evidence more about controlling my life.

First question is how he is still alive and able to write these things.
The other thing is that security services hardly ever are 100% corrupted.
Corruption can cause very bad problems but possible murdering is looking like "accident".
But I don´t anyway recommend testing my theory.
In my case I can talk freely because I´m officially mentally ill so anything I say has no value officially.
Victims are also usually isolated so how can whole family be attacked etc.
Perhaps they are telling the truth about things but it just didn´t happen to them.
That´s how it goes.
Officials notice corruption so they make up campaign that people can read "between the lines".
Maybe it´s an example too.
Saying that people should publish if they are in the situation like that but on the same they are saying that they can´t promise 100% protection so you are in danger losing your life.
So what to do when you are in the situation where you are brainwashed and attacked?
At first you have to figure out how you would die if you would die "accidently".
Alcohol, drugs, medication, violent ex boyfriend or other enemies.
Can somebody enter your home without leaving marks when you sleep?
I have not tested it yet but could for example fill bottless with water and place them against the door.
If somebody opens the door bottles will drop and putting them back is pretty imposible.
Also covering your mailhole is important.
It´s also pretty simple, you just need to make a bag from the plastic which you place around mailhole.
For daytimes you open the bottom of the bag that mail can drop down, for the night you close it with clothespins.
Be careful with new "friends".
Use orderly guy, you don´t want your important letters to vanish.
Make sure to leave mark about important actions you do.
It takes money but not that much that you wouldn´t do it.
Use secure video recording in conflicts.
Avoid making statements to officials without recording your statement.
If reporter wants to write about your case ask if you can record the meeting.
If he says "No" he´s probably just somebody who is going to spoil your reputation.
Avoid sudden trips if you are under assassination.
Make sure that contract killers know the truth about you, you don´t want to be murdered just because they heard some version of the truth about you.
Depending in the area you live in poisoning your food takes 6 months or less.
If they have to sneak in to the food chain it won´t happen right away.
"Poisoned" food is not usually murdering but if you notice something weird in your food is good idea to watch out.
Most commonly there is too much vitamins and in some cases it can be murdering.
Virus and bacteria are also used often, microwaves can help with that problem.
If your friends start suddenly avoiding you let them be, they must have good reason for that.
Look for friends in web.
Some of them will call you mentally ill if you tell about things happening to you but don´t care about it, as long as you tell crazy things but sound normal it´s all good.
If you are telling the truth you should be able to prove your words, more or less.
You can try to get surveillance by using key words in your web writing.
"Bomb", "brainwashing", "spy satellite", "assassination"..
Those expensive satellites in the sky are waiting for you, in good and in bad.

To be brainwashed you need to have problems in sleeping.
It can look like accident.
Maybe living in the new place, neighbours keeping you up at nights..
Also injections can be used to cause you losing balance.
You might go to the mental hospital where can be electrict shocks given which also might help in brainwashing.
So it won´t happen that secretly if you just know how to read the signs.
After brainwashing you start seeing weird dreams.
You can´t remember clearly what you saw but you might remember something.
This happens often if they have been activating you during your sleep.
You might be jumpy next day, that´s one of the signs.
Also images jumping to your mind can happen.
Depending how long time ago you were brainwashed your nerves can be in pretty bad shape.
After some time recovery usually happens but your programming is still in your brain and if you are pushed back to "nervous breakdown" you might end up murdering somebody.
But somebody must cause you stress on purpose to get you mixed up enough.
Brainwashing is a serious problem cause you simply can´t remember that it ever was done to you.
You can know it happened but you can´t prove it without help and who knows if any specialist can help anyway.
So it´s impossible to know how common brainwashing is.
Those who does it won´t come into the open explaining proudly how many they have brainwashed and those who were brainwashed might not be clever enough to figure out why they are having problems with sleeping and their nerves.
